How it works
- Paste the chat's share link above.
- Click Download Word.
- In Confluence, create a page and use Import Word document from the ⋯ menu.
Getting it into Confluence
Importing a .docx keeps headings and tables, so the page is structured from the start. Untick Include my messages first if only the answer should be published.
Why not copy straight from ChatGPT?
Copying from chatgpt.com brings over web styling and loses structure: code blocks lose their formatting, tables become loose text, and citations turn into odd markers. Exporting first gives Confluence clean Word structure to work with.
Questions
Can I send many chats to Confluence at once?
Yes. Open your ChatGPT export ZIP above, select the chats, and export them in one ZIP. Up to 10 at a time is free.
