Getting it into Dropbox
For a full backup, export your whole history as Markdown from the data export ZIP and keep that folder in Dropbox. Markdown files are small and searchable.
Why not copy straight from ChatGPT?
Copying from chatgpt.com brings over web styling and loses structure: code blocks lose their formatting, tables become loose text, and citations turn into odd markers. Exporting first gives Dropbox clean pages to work with.
