How it works
- Paste the chat's share link above.
- Open More and choose Copy Markdown.
- In Notion, open a page and paste. Headings, lists, tables and code blocks convert automatically.
Getting it into Notion
For a file instead, download the Markdown and use Notion's Import (in the sidebar settings) and choose Text & Markdown. Each file becomes a page. To bring in a lot of chats, export them from your data export ZIP as Markdown and import the folder.
Why not copy straight from ChatGPT?
Copying from chatgpt.com brings over web styling and loses structure: code blocks lose their formatting, tables become loose text, and citations turn into odd markers. Exporting first gives Notion clean Markdown to work with.
