Getting it into Kindle

Kindle reflows .docx files so the text fits the screen and you can change the font size. PDFs keep their page layout, which is better for code-heavy chats.

Why not copy straight from ChatGPT?

Copying from chatgpt.com brings over web styling and loses structure: code blocks lose their formatting, tables become loose text, and citations turn into odd markers. Exporting first gives Kindle clean Word structure to work with.
